As I can remember from your previous post, 2nd AOR is issued on 17 Feb'11 and received in hand on 27-Feb'11.
So, in spreadsheet which date they are mentioning in 2nd AOR column?

Yes, I received the 2nd AOR on 27-Feb-2011 but it was issued on 17-Feb-2011!
In the Spreadsheet moderates mentoned '27-Feb-2011'! But I think issue date should be maintained!
