kindly, let me clear that these are proposed changes and never became law.And even if it became law,it will be for future applicants.It doesnt make sense that it will apply for the past applicants...!!

I have posted here, only for the information purpose.We should know whats happening around....

my PER is dated 8th Feb. I still cannot log into e-cas (the informations that you've provides were not recognized). My VO answered to my question about it. They've said that i'll be able to check the status online when they'll get our application and will open our immigration case in their (VO's) system.

They also told me that there is no need to inform them in official about the change of my job position.

in addition,when it comes to VO,there will be fewer applicants based on our spreadsheet.I guess ,since 29 NOC list for June 26,2010 will be end soon,more or less 4 months from now,VO will make a year end report good, reliable and as much as possible accurate,especially the report about processing time and to achieve their goal to finished it within a year.

It was clear ,not expected for the changes o affect previous applicants, only prospective applicants and only if the PRPOSED changes approved

Just need some clarification from New Delhi "in process" applicants; does any have this line in their ecas status "we have reviewed your appln and started processing on (per date)"?

Please reply so that I can understand my situation better. I have very strong feeling that ND continues to count 120 days from the date I recd my PER. I had mentioned it earlier as well about nd goof up.

As said earlier, my e-cas status is exactly same as yours from the beginning. Hope ND VO will envy high standards and efficiency of Manila VO relating to post June 26 applicants.

I got an information that Warsaw VO has sent AOR to apllicant who received their PER on 14/01/11. That means that your AOR is also coming soon. Keep up!
