I think red is being used for inactive or relatively inactive thread followers. There's a column that indicates the date of their last post.

Hi dear friends..
I want to congratulate all PER receivers , second AOR and MR receivers ,and many thanks for your good wishes for Egypt and the Egyptians, may everything go on well in our dear country.I've noticed my name turning red today,so I just wanted to say that I'm here watching silently this great forum .I haven't got any changes in my status,waiting hopefully for my PER .Best wishes for everyone here. Special congrats to my fellow EGYPTIAN friends for our much awaited FREEDOM

one silly question comes into my mind that when they send you PER by email they actually made a decision there and then send it or they already have had the decisions and then sending emails as per their own time lines??

as i received my PER a week back just guessing how long it could take it to reach VO as we would not know when it arrives and when they started BC...

from the posts i guess its taking around a month for documents to reach at VO (ND VO). Could take more or less for other destinations IMO.. your input guyss?

My ECAS is "We received your application for permanent residence on October 27, 2010." and 3-digit starts with "E00".
BTW my intended destination is Ontario,hope see you all there.
