8396 is the number currently projected on my projections sheet on the post-June-26 Google spreadsheet.

Maybe that's the number Kathe is talking about?

This number is based on how many apps from each NOC have been received so far, and then working out the applications per day, and projecting the same number of applications per day for the rest of the year. Stopping of course once a NOC hits 1000.

Apology I spotted wrongly as Wayne said, if the total appl: toward CAP was 4416, as per my calculation, the numbers of applicants who might have received AOR bfore X’mas would be pretty high , hammmm :-X not so sure for this data, as I assumed CIC could have completed PER on 2226 appl: and thought total was 8394, but actually 4416, so my assumption could be wrong. But wish come true to make everybody happy.
Sorry forget my assumption that unlikely!

Ok will give a ring to CIC right away to check how many applicants they have finished PER then if I got an answer, I would calculate again to perceive nearest data ( Joke ) Anyway wish you all receiving AOR/PER+ VISA soon

to ease your tension I suggest you create a drop-down menu with all risks that can happen to your package:

1. package opened for check and doc got lost;
2. package opened, nothing lost, but agent put it in wrong place;
3. CIO officer received it, but ...

the list will go on, all I want to suggest is to relax. I read people saying to relax, but did not take close this advice until I finally started understanding that we DID OUR BEST, and now the result is not with us.

truly, ANYTHING can happen, anything... tensions will not make you any good, health-wise for sure. if I am the one whose advice to relax works for you, then I will be happy to be that person.

this particular case of temporary stop at Liege of Belgium is only small part of the long journey to your plans to improve your life. but the result when you get will taste differently as opposed to something that goes smooth. could that be an upside?

In Ukraine you can get PCC within 10 days. So I am not going to supply it. It is easy to get it here.
