I 2nd you bro ...... But may be these good members are inefficient in communicating directly to us ...... :o :o ... so better to go with negs!!

I strongly feel with this trend (not the above one 8) 8) ) ... CIO is going to finish till October mid, before X-mas holidays... ;D .... Moreover, this trend of AOR seems 10 weeks (approx.) from encashment....

Cheers, Anil

I was wondering if anyone knows when the CIC office closes for the Christmas/ New year break? I'm really hoping that the maximum number of us get the AORs before they go on leave. I know it'll be a much merrier Christmas knowing our papers are on their way to the VOs.

Hi - yes hopefully will be soon for you. But I think that visa office, complexity of case, NOC code, all comes into consideration, so I think we will see them in a somewhat random order! Hopefully most of the current list will have their AORs by Christmas - and I think July+August will get theirs over the next couple of weeks.

wenstumped: Do you know for sure that CIO closes over Christmas? If not, the only statutory holidays the offices would be closed would be 27 and 28 December and 3 January.
