Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi everyone. very goo forum, helped us a lot!!!!!

We are still waiting for our CC to be cashed, but I decided to write our details to ease our stress from waiting.

My NOC is 1122, VO - Bucharest. According to TNT my documents were received on September 20. I already have my Police clearance certificate but in Bucharest specific list it is said that it should be send later to VO. Payment through Credit Card.
What else?

I cross my fingers and wish luck to everyone here!

Hi, I strongly suggest that you write an affidavit stating the situation and then notarize that.

I didnt have transcript from mumbai uni...so gave marksheets ...did covering letter explaining why...I am in Australia and bombay uni dont move their ass...

Hi chap,
I also sent my university verified transcripts without university sealed envelop with a letter explaining the cause. My CC en cashed so dont panic and send your KU verified transcripts with explanation.

Don't worry brill

Give a reasonable explanation about the open transcript... it should be accepted. As for the guidance on explanation letter ...you have to provide the details ..... like why is it difficult to get it in the sealed envelope..... we don't have any clue about your university (and you running around) for not giving you the transcript in a sealed cover!!
Just take care that in hurry and tension....you should NOT forget ANY important document / explanation letter/ photos. Take care and be cool 8) 8) Everything will be fine. All the best.

UGENT HELP REQUIRED....

I have sent my application using priority service (2days guaranteed) from London, Its not yet arrived there i am really worried about that.. when i called the company they said it stuck in customs and they have no jurisdiction and control. When asked any idea will it will be delivered THEY SAID NO IDEA.

Please advice me what to do and for me i dont think customs withhold personal documents? i have sent by 20th sep and its 29th sep today .. Everything is there and i really cant sleep ..

suggestions will be highly appreciated

yup. I decided to apply in BC. In every province they have different requirments like in Toronto at least no grade below 6.5 in Ielts and speaking of 7. In BC no grade lower than 6 but 7 in speaking and 6.5 total bandscore. I applied in october 2009 and i got the confirmation from them last june 2010

we plan to land in toronto or BC. do you mind helping me on how to apply so i could start gathering documents. thanks so much!

yup, hopefully nexr year. Have you inquired if your DD or CC been encashed? I went to BPI last week and they said it will take them almost a week to verify.

our consultancy took care of the BD. i'll ask if they would be able to know if it has been encashd already.

it's been almost a month since they got our docs. i hope it wouldn't be returned so that we could just wait for our AOR around first week of December (latest).

Customs may keep it for 10 days plus. My documents were stuck and it took 15 days

Looks like you have not used DHL or FedEx. You might have used EMS

Gosh that is terrible! Luckily ours took only 3 days and that is all the way from South Africa (DHL)!

Thanks Vicky and Sniper for your reply...I have few more questions...in Additional information form about my family....whom should I include or do I need to include?..I have two elder brothers, Sister-in law,...Mom & dad. They all are not planing to immigrate....I am only guy applying for immigration, principal applicant....If yes then do I need to stick photos of each family member and attach 6 copies each.....I appeared for my IELTS on my older passport and now I have a new passport, the earlier one is cancelled...Please suggest & Thanx.

Okay guys, I had a bad luck again. My CC is declined again. I just had an hour long argument with my f--kin WACHOVIA bank. They said sorry it was fraud prevention. Anyways I abused them as much as i could.

Now my question is, will CIO try to charge my card again tomorrow or they just try once?
