We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on November 2011.

Medical results have been received. (does this means they have excepted the medical results?)

Sent my application on 3 Dec 2011 with PCC, Passports, Visa Fee & medical done on 23rd Nov 2011... Any advice on when can I expect any reply & what could be next...

i called the doctor, they gave me invalid tracking number, i did medicals 5 months ago, so how trackig number expire?
Also if CIC has lost medicals, what can i do ?

First of all calm down Dear,
sencond after 5 months you can not track your shipment any more through internet you should visit the closest office of the Courier company to follow your shipment

hi thanks for you promt reply, are you sure it cannot be tracked after 5 months?
anyhow, i think best solution is to redo medical exam, they have given me 30 days to send medical,
and no response about wheter they located medicals from center or not?
when i first did teh exam i had tracked it.. and it did infact reach london, which is visa office..
now i dont know what to think.. and i cant keep waiting for them to give me soem indication..
anyhow if theres anyone with further insigh on teh matter, let me know?

I applied a few months before you (Dec. 2010) and my file hasn't moved yet. It's the same thing for everyone that applied after Oct. 2010: no progress.

I wish your case was different, but I'm afraid not.

This is not accurate. If you look at the tracker file on google, search for Buffalo applicants only, you will see many applicants with RBVO status from past February/11 have gotten their Visa already.
This why I am assuming that they are processing applicants from March and forward now.
I don't know why yours is not moving yet!! Maybe because you are in Canada already?
Are you there on a visitor visa? I was thinking of coming that way if it takes longer as I have to take the Pharmacy evaluation test to get my license there, since the test happens only twice a year!!
Not sure if they will issue me a visitor visa since I applied for PR!!

Justtheme is just trying to help you, as I am now, and what she wrote to you is accurate. Here are the facts:

-The last person who went "in process" here from Buffalo was in late July of 2011, then Buffalo went to sleep.
-Those who were processed from Buffalo were from July/Aug/Sept of 2010, Not all Sept applicants where processed, and NO ONE after Sept. 2010 has gone "in Process" from Buffalo, so I don't know what tracker you are looking at.
-Many Sept, Oct, Nov.... 2010 applicants from Buffalo are still waiting, including myself.

Hopefully your case is different and you will get your medicals sooner.

Hello friends,

I am coming back to the forum after one and half months.

I met my son after three months and held him in my hands on November 3 and there I started the celebrations!!!!!!

I was not having good access to Internet and busy with settling things

I completed my landing on December 1.

The immigration officer in Toronto airport did not even ask any finical proof after she saw a few Canada visas stamped on my passport.


Thank you everyone for your support.

My spouse got a job as pharmacy assistant on fifth day in Canada and now I am a full time home stay dad getting the parental benefit from Employment Insurance.
