One more question, my frnd cudnt get his PCC frm the country where he stayed for more than 6 months due to uncleared debts.Would NDVO
ask 4 fingerprint scan? or is it a reason to worry? Any cases of rejection due to non submission of PCC? He had given a written explanation to
VO in advance.

normally PCC are related to criminal background check and should not have anything related to financial aspect unless it has something to do with nationalised banks. I would assume that your friend was in New Zealand or Australia.

Non submission of PCC is a unique problem. I don't have any idea how the VO will take it. they will not ask for fingerprint scan as they only go for it to check in their internal system.

It is mandatory to submit the PCC so I am not sure about what will happen in this case.

Amar12345 is right. PCC is about criminality and not financial matters.
Given a written notice to VO should be done with care or it could land him/her into trouble about POF.
If s/he claims to have POF for FSW application and is having unsettled debt, that may be interpreted by VO that s/he may have borrowed money for the FSW application.
Advise him/her to be careful about it.

ppl, i want suggestion ,

i want to add my wife's name in my pp can i get it done at this stage ( still waiting for MR) i hope it'l not add any problem , and second thing is ...till the time i get PP request , i think i should utilize this time for pp renewal as i have already mentioned in my previous posts that , its lamination has started coming off ( just a lil bit about half inch) can i get it repaired too ?

go for it , Lamination will case you a big issue and in the mean time add wife name also .

I hope my passport is fine. It got folded and its back that bear address has fold impression at the centre but lamination is not coming off and its absolutely fine.
Please tell me will that fold impression can cause any problem. one more thing through that fold , things can be read properly.
