Hi Wayne

When you are updating the spreadsheet this weekend could you leave my name on the list. I am one of the September applicants still waiting to hear about their PER/NER. I wish I knew my file number so that I could try to log in and see my status, at least that way I would have more of an idea!

The mistake is instead in this sentence -

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada, which was initially submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The CIO recommended your application for further assessment at a visa office and sent you a letter requesting that you submit a complete application package to this office. We have now received your submission."

As per my understanding if Singapore VO really wanted you to resubmit your docs, they would give you 120 days timeframe.

my file no E00.....

Yesterday when i opened my e-cas status, it showed that your doc received date 6th Oct only but Nothing was there. when i checked it in TNT track it shows that received on 7th Oct at SYDNEY by Miller.But today e-cas show Application received.Please explain some more.

I am still not able to check my Ecas status with the E00 number,please guide what reffernce number to ue as I have one UCI number which is a 8 digit number and one receipt number for DD encashment ?

Just go to https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en and check your ecas or your online status. You need to enter your file No, or Client Id No, as given by CIO in your PER email.

Check with your application number - choose file number option from the drop down button and try doing it again

Hey singh70,

Your file No is the one statring with E00 , and your Client ID No. is your 8-digit UCI. You can choose either options and enter the respective No.

I could check my ecase and it was showed they got my documents...Before it was said “in process" anyway I can’t check today ...it is strange

My company (I am spouse, not PA) was bought out by another company recently, so although I am doing the same job my company's name has changed. We simply sent a case-specific query to London CHC giving them the details. They sent a response back saying they'd made a note on their file and that a visa officer would review it. We're hoping this means they do have the paper file.

I guess they will let us know if they want any further details, but the main thing I think is to inform them.

Visa the main CIC web site find the web site for your CHC and you fill a form in online (it's not an actual email address, just an online form).
