Hi everyone;

My hearty congratulations to our recent PER receivers and the lucky applicants of Manila who have got their second AOR's so far.

Fingers crossed and all the best wishes for all other October applicants among whom I am eagerly waiting to hear the most wonderful news from Anil, Indira and Dr.Hasib, who have always been of great generosity in helping other forumers.

My prayers go to engy and all other Egypt applicants to get smooth and speedy resolution to the crisis in their country; and come on pals! You are doing the greatest job and definitely democracy for the whole nation is worth it. Let's pray that this much-coveted and well-deserved right doesn't take further toll. I hope you will secure whatever you wish on every front.

My special thanks as ever to Wayne, Anil and Amro who are putting time and effort to keep the spreadsheet live and updated.

And finally,I hope we will hear some good news from Rina and others who are still left white between blue rows.

Dear i know you post the email that you received from the VO but what i meant the E- Case if it is changed to received by VO or still in Process this is what i meant

as this will let us know that they update the e-case from time to time

DEAR FRIENDS,

Really missed you the whole week becouse of lack of internet connection here in Egypt.
I would like to tell you some news:

1- my E case is IN PROCESS with one line about the recieving date only without ( medical recieved) line.

2- CIO answered my enquiry about Cairo VO reply about 120 days for submetting documents and here is the answer from CIO:

Dear Sir/Madam:

As your application was assessed under Ministerial Instructions 2 (received on or after June 26, 2010), your application was sent with all supporting documents to visa office Cairo. As shipping files from one country to another takes time, they may not have received it as yet. Please allow sufficient time for the visa office to receive your documents. Thank you. They will contact you in due course.

Applications assessed under Ministerial Instructions 1 require clients to submit a complete application with all documents to their designated visa office within 120 days of the date on their assessment letter.

3- Unfortunately, Cairo VO was closed since 31-1-2011 and a note was published on CIC website
Due to circumstances beyond the Embassy of Canada's control, as of January 31, 2011, the services of the Visa and Immigration Section of the Embassy of Canada to Egypt are temporarily suspended. The visa office cannot respond to enquiries at this time.

Hello everybody.

First of all congrats to all who has received the second AOR.

I Have a question about this, I saw in the spreadsheet that dcho received the first AOR on FEB 3 and the second AOR on FEB 4, how can it be possible? it is so strange for me!

this had been corrected we misunderstand that he received his 2nd AOR

Dear all ,

I want to inform to those who are sending there documents via Blue Dart-DHL from India.

The zip code of CIO address : B1P 1J3 is not show under service by Blue Dart-DHL.

As per their database BP1 is there but it is for " MERRA ROAD " in NS.

Anyone can confirm it by visiting DHL website or Local office.

Fedex is there to deliver the documents to that zip code.

So please confirm once before sending .

I was out for 10 days to remote place and when today I returned back, I found the most awaited "PER" in my inbox.
I am very very very happy.

I have received PER on 31st January and my BD was encashed on 29th September.
