email from FSW enquiry and accdg. to them my application was retured due to incompleteness..i guess there is nothing i can do about it..now,may i ask when will i be allowed to resend my application under FSW1.?

After receiving PERs, we know that the next to expect are the security checks and background checks. Does anyone have an idea how this is done particularly background checks? Do they make personal visits to present and past employers. What do they usually ask for?

Today i got my IELTS result.

Listening 6.5 --- 2 Points
Reading 6.5 ---- 4 Points
Writing 5.5 ---- 2 Points
Speaking 7 ---- 4 points

Overall Band 6.5

so i got 12 points from it.

How this score is for NOC :3131 ?? As i with this i am sure to get my 67 points.

Well no, you have 5 months before then in which you could secure a job offer, and apply under FSW2. And there is always Provincial Nomination which you can look into you. So it isn't really your only hope.

If you wait until 1st July 2011 there is no guarantee that NOC 1122 will still be on the list.

But I live in India and I am not sure whether it is feasible to apply for jobs from here to Employers based out of Canada. If there is a way, please do let me know.

I believe that what matters is the amount of funds as per the immigration booklet (refer to the CIC website)
I doesnt matter how many banks. But if you show in two banks, u need to get letters from both.
