my application was received on 21st oct. and even my bd is not encashed till date. i wonder why?? have you tried sending email to CIC. have you got your BD from sbi???

I think it's the 3 letter initial of the agent sending the PER. Ours was MEM.

Ours was also signed MEM, and we both received PER same day, looks like the agents have different months allocated to them.

Has anyone's application reached the VO yet? It's been 50 days for some of the people at the top of the spreadsheet, and they can't just be stockpiling more than a few hundred applications to send them off in one go. Surely they must have been delivered by now considering the spreadsheet is 4% of all the Cat1 apps.
