I noticed in your case profile info that you received your PPR-2 just after 5 days of PPR-1. Is it correct? please also let me know who sent the advise for PPR-2 CHC London or CHC Islamabad and how... through email / postal service /or through phone.

Hi all,

I have recently received an updated request for documents which asks to provide information on each employer I have worked with along with occupation, position, responsibilities & duration. I applied in Sept 2010 and provided all the details initially as well. Can anyone please tell if this is a normal request for information or not? My NOC is 1122 and VO is London.

This is quite normal.

Include your responsibilities, hours you work every week, benefits, full-time \ prt-time, compensation, awards etc in your letter.

One more thing. THe VO sent me an email in Sept asking for these docs in 45 days however they sent it to the wrong email address.

I sent a CSE to LVO a few days back and they replied that they havent received a response on the email which they sent in Sept (they attached the email which was sent to the wrong email address).

I have written to them stating that they made an error by sending it to the wrong email address and I require 45 days from the date I received the email. Do you think this will affect my case (except for a delay) in any way.

Absolutely NOT.

As long as you made them realize that the email ID they sent the "documents request" was wrong, you should still be able to get the 45 days period.

this is the time for you to make sure that they award your case to the next step, so be very careful in preparing the employment letter.

If this letter proves that your case is genuine, you should probably have the PR cards in a few months !
