As per my CSI LVO replied "We only await completion of routine background checks" what is that and why it’s not over up till now since I send all documents in Sep, 12.

Dear seniors I need some advice...

I will be landing in Toronto by the 1st week of December as my visa expiry date is December 10th 2012. As I had applied my case through a lawyer in Dubai in 2010 and my visa was stamped by CHC London in May 2012, So is it necessary that I need to take a flight from Dubai to Toronto as my case was filed from Dubai or can I vist back home (Pakistan) and take a flight from Pakistan to Toronto. : Please reply soon. Thanks and appreciate your help.
