Thanks Every one for their wishes! Inshallah everyone who did their medicals will get PPR soon! London VO is really working fast these days. May be trying to Complete majority of cases before the end of this year as they don't have new cases.

Dear friends,

Alhamdollilah, I have received request for Medical examination and submission of Right of Permanent Residence Fee(RPRF). The request letter mentions to submit the requested items to visa office within 60 days from the date of letter. It is surprising to note that the date of request letter is August 14, 2012, whereas the same is received to and delivered by TCS Visatronix on September 13 and Sept. 15 respectively, which means that out of 60 days period, postal delivery took around 32 days leaving only 28 days for me to complete the process. I would like to know about experience of fellow members, did anyone experience the similar thing?

My other query form the forum is : where to send the bank draft of RPRF? is it to be sent to same address mentioned in the request letter for submitting the medical results?


I have gone through the medical examination process on September 26 at IOM but quite concerned whether the results would be received to visa office within the 60 days period to be counted from date of VO letter. I have already send an email on September 22 to VO explaining the above mentioned facts with a request of consideration if requested info/item get delayed.

I will appreciate members response on my queries.

Don't worry...I too have experienced the same..got letter for rprf+OCC+bank statements + new forms + med on July 31 and August 8 ...all the letters came to me after one month....I submitted evrything fast.....u can also do it...and its the requirement from your side....so do it and fast and submit.

It has been a long time since I have been on the forum, just checking in to see what has been going on.

Congrats to those who have received good news from their Visa Office. As for us at the Kingston Visa Office, they say they are still try to clear their backlog. They say as long as we do not get a refund our application will be processed. It has been 2 years since I have sent in my application so I continue to wait until my turn comes.

Dear Fellow members,

I am stuck in a wierd situation. Got my GCMS notes on friday. Seemed ok in the beginning but when I saw the the notes I just shocked to see that in note 1 its mention that. "LTR from employer stating that the applicant has submitted fraudulant EMP docs stating he is a restaurant manager. LTR states PA has been employed as Education Coordinator since 2007. It's true but not 100 %. I am working as an Education Coordinator, Quality Surveyor and Restaurant. I submitted original docs, all signed and given by the employer. How can that ba***** do that to me." I devoted 7 years to his company in less than 8000 SAR salary. which is nothing. I am doing side business to survive properly I have a family and a child. Have to cover all monthly expenses. I think he took the revenge coz I started side business without telling him but this is not an issue, I didnt betray him or harm him and neither this is a crime. I've legal license of business which is not a very hi fi business. Just trying to move with life. Dont know what to do now. Seniors please help and advise. My employer will be back from Canada today. I'll ask him with proof. Still need your help and advice.

Today 600 days completed for my application from date of submission ot CIC.

And 210 days completed since Medical Received line appear in E-case...

Only left with 51 days to expire medical and no news from NDVO for PP or anything...

i applied under noc 6242(cook).

We received your application for permanent residence on June 14, 2011.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on August 12, 2011

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on December 8, 2011.

i got job verification call on december 15,2011

i write follow up mail to chc new delhi in mail and i they reply on 6 june 2012. and replyed ur file is in process ..

why it take so for medical ?
