Status in E-cas still RBVO.

Do we still need to update the Visa Office of change in job status??? I know we used to need to, but now I don't see it as listed. What is the general opinion on this?

I dont see a logic behind. They are just transferring all the applications. I was in US for about 5+ years and I don't think that is the reason why they transferred to NY VO. Because, A friend of mine who have never been to US found that his application is transferred to Seattle VO.

the applicants from canada only got transfered to other visa offices in us, but, where as, other applicants who are living in usa, their files are never got transfering from buffalo office, because i know some of my friends are in the inprocess stage with medicals without transfer.

There are at least a few other folks besides myself who are living in the US and have had their files already transferred from Buffalp to another US visa office.
Just thought I'd clarify.
