I did ask about this email id, and both the times I was told by CIC call centre, that email id is not responded to. I did make my payment online though.

are u sure about this...coz i did send in my scanned copies to this email id...and as i have sent in only 2 days back i am waiting...

so if what u say is true then it means that i wont get my CAIPS/GCMS...

Dear Seniors,Lots of applicants who applied 2011 they are getting MR but I am December 2010 applicant still no updates at all.I already did specific inquiry to visa office and they replied awaiting review by Officer 1 month gone again.What can I do seniors?

what exactly did u rite to the visa office...please do let me know...as i also want to sent in enquiry about my case to the visa office...

mine is "in process" from nov 15th 2011....no medicals yet..

i sent two cse...one in december and other in march.....both the time i got the same standerd reply...."visa officer is waiting"

I am so sure of the email Id that i mentioned in my previous post (atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca) as I regularly use this ID for getting GCMS....the last I used this Id was this morning

Once you send the Package, you will get back an immediate response from their site confirming the receipt of your email. Please check your spam box for the response from atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca

The email id is clearly written at the end of the IMM5563 form :

Dec 2010 buffalo applicants..............dont worry......I got email from buffalo after i sent a case specific enquiry regarding my application. So, if you did not get a mail ....dont worry...may be your files also been transferred. Good luck to you all.

I also applied under CEC and done my medicals last month.

when did you apply under CEC? have you selected buffalo as your VO for CEC as well? Thanks !

Copies of Secondary and Higher School transcripts /certificates for yourself and your spouse" should be sent within 60 days.

1. Here whats the meaning of Higher School in respect of Canada Immigration?
2. Does it means HSC only or HSC and University both?

I'm confused whether i have to send them only Transcript and Certificates of SSC and HSC or I have to send them all regarding SSC, HSC, Hons and Masters!


I passed SSC in 1992 and HSC 1994.

3. For SSC and HSC, are there transcript from Board?

4. If I submit them copies of MARKS SHEET of SSC and HSC instead of transcript, will it be okay?

5. or I have to collect Transcript of SSC and HSC from the board now?

if any member of this group have concrete idea regarding this please asist me.

are you from india or completed ssc and hsc from india? (if from india, than the board provide credit certificate they are not provide transcript for ssc or hsc)

1. you have to send transcript of bachelor and master along with results(marksheet)
2. and ssc and hsc marksheet and credit certificates(optional)

as per my knowledge, u have to submit -
original transcripts of Bachelor n Masters
original certificates of Bachelor n Masters
notarized copy of SSC n HSC certificates/ mark sheet
I sent them all.

3. You can print Transcripts your self and get stamped and signatured from your school/college, I have send my transcripts printed myself in word docs and signed and sealed by the school/ colleges for all the SSC,HSC, bachelor degree

I applied on Nov 28 2011 CEC. Got medical on March 30th, file in ottawa.

Same case is here with me. I applied in the month of April in the same category u have applied and since 21st Nov my case is in Process. I have interacted with my consultant and he is asking me to wait for next 15 days. as per his information I will receive my medicals soon.
