Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hi All,

We applied through to CIC Nova Scotia with a received date of 18th October 2011, on the 10th January 2012 we received notification that our file was being passed for processing to the local Visa Office, London. At present we sit on the Application Status Checker at "IN PROCESS" and have not received any further updates or requests.

Its like in all organizations, money goes to accounts department without any commitments.

VO will continue to work on your case.

Tell me about the wait, I'm right there with you, check my timeline. Has your application been transferred to another VO?

My concern is, I'm the only one still at Buffalo, which is not good. I think Metalhawk is another person still at Buffalo, but he lives in Canada, so they would not transfer his application to another VO. Frustrating does not cover what we are going through.

Still no news. 18.5 months since I submit the application.
I'm still in Canada on a work permit. I missed several job opportunities because of the immigration.
