Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Hey there Sniper, my VO is also Port of Spain and two weeks ago my ECAS changed to RBVO, then this week it changed to "In Process", and it says that they have started to review my application on the 24th Nov. I have not received any letter from them as yet, well my Lawyer is the contact for my application and he has not contacted me to say anything. I applied almost a year go, Dec15th 2010, I am not sure whats going on with POS VO.
Has your status cahnged to "IN Process"???

hey babybaba. first congrats..well my status change to RBVO about 3 weeks now and this week i received my AOR.my status show RBVO still..so i am not sure how long our VO is going to take to get my stuff in processing..i hope they speed up the process but we will see..

hello dear as i think we have the same time line wt u think will we get medical before feb ???

I have the same problem...mine ends in March...what I gather from asking people in the forum is to inform the VO of the change of address....its is unlikely they will tranfer ur file to maintain process integrity...hope it helps solve ur problem.

The logical answer should yes...but with LVO one can never know (lots of diff factors involed...req for addl doc...time to verify docs ect)...Lets pray all who are waiting to receive their MR hear soon.

Just a kind note to the Buffalo friends:
I know it is hard to try and stay positive everytime someone is posting some good news and you still haven't heard a word from Buffalo...
I know it's eating your heart out, believe me, I've been there too!!!
For me it also has been a long, long wait because of the AEO approval+visa procedure and have been waiting for almost 2 years now.
But I'm sure, your time will come to celebrate and if so I hopefully will be the first one to congratulate you!!!
Try to stay positive, even when it's hard, but you WILL get that Visa....one way or the other!
For now, I'm keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you guys/girls and hope you all will receive some good news soon! :-*

i sent a CSE and address update i just got this mail

Dear Madam / Sir,

We have received your request with your new address, and the information has been updated to reflect your new contact details. Note that the change of address made by our office may not be reflected on E-Cas. Also note that we will not confirm receipt of fax/ mail/ email received at this office but your file will be updated.

Our office sends immigration decisions and information requests by post to the applicant at the mailing address provided in the application. Therefore, it is important that our office be notified immediately of any change of address and contact details.

Be advised that:

• the normal time frame for processing of this case has not yet elapsed. Please refer to the Acknowledgement of Receipt ( AOR) letter which stated the service standards for Applications for permanent residence in Canada. When a skilled worker application is due for assessment, our office will send a letter asking the applicant to submit updated information in support of the application. This new information will be reviewed by an immigration officer. We regret that we cannot provide a schedule for the assessment of files. Please wait until this letter has been received before providing any new information relating to changes in the applicant's personal circumstances, additional dependents, new employment, education or new identity documents.
