Got AOR in midnight of India....What a pleasant surprise on awakening.....
One problem has arisen, i have deleted my surname in passport(on 3rd page, handwritten by passport officials)....But CIO has written my surname in my AOR....Can anything b done at this stage? i mean can VO people correct it?

To the september guys, relax lets give this moment for july and august..We will have our time too, enjoy the celebrations of these two months of applicants. Atleast we know that CIO is already moving. Again, congratulations to those who received their AOR's. Kudos to wayne, Asaif and Anil04_10 for doing a great JOB not only for the spread sheet but also for keeping the whole "post 6/26 gang" alive. BTW, dont worry about the negatives, who cares about that anyway. I got negs too for posting my opinions.

Yup... we the "OCT group" is also waiting. Let all JULY, AUG, SEPT get the AORs and let us celebrate first.

Well at least you got it for giving your opinion, I got 3 neg for doing nothing :-\
Just wake in the morning and here you go some pessimist put you a neg.
I dont't mind. Even Qurox gets neg in this forum.
Besides this is the time to enjoy AOR....
Wish our spreadsheet got full of AOR soon.

There is a fair chance that you will receive your AOR.
The timing depends on when your DD was encahsed.
Now JULY, AUG people are getting AORs.

Thanks ENVIOZA..... i belong to the Sept group though my application was sent to back to me twice due to some tiny details..... I hope we'll get all of our AORs the soonest..... my NOC number is 1233.....

Finally got my AOR.

Not sure if this is what you call AOR !!, but I received a mail fom CIO which states that my application has been accepted and they are sending it to Visa ofice now. I guess this is what i was waiting for ;D

Application received by CIO - 6th August 2010
NOC - 1122
DD Encashed - 13th Septmber
AOR received - 23rd Nov 2010

Some content from the mail :-

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of:

X Work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010.


Your application will be forwarded to the visa office for further processing.

Any future correspondence should be sent to the visa office. Your reference number is located below the date of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence.
