For all the long time London RBVOs and In processes, if you haven't heard anything, write the London VO a case specific enquiry especially those who submitted in 2010.

Don't mind if some people claim you are clogging up the system, go ahead and clog it up because many applications have been unintentionally overlooked and London VO will only be reminded when you contact them.

I hadn't heard anything since March and I wrote to them earlier this month. I got a response today that my application is now due to be sent to an immigration officer for review.

If I didn't write they wouldn't do anything. Fortunately, some important events are happening in my family at this moment, events that I place far above immigration, so I am not so keen on moving any time soon. Maybe in a years time.

Nice one advance, nice to see some movement in your case. Did you write them direct via post/fax or did you send a specific online enquiry?

Hi Midoo congrats for the in process, it mostly means that your verification is done and you are ready for MR but London has not been very consistent and I got my MR in 3 days after it went in process, there are people here who have got MR after a month in process.

Good point!!!!
It was after I sent LVO email about my baby's application that they admitted it was missing.
If I had not written to them, they would have left my file in one corner.
I encourage people not to make 'unnecessary' enquiry but if the delay is becoming unusual, please contact them.

I completely agree with you Advance123...applicants have the right to know whats going on with their files after the prescribed time.

An update, today I got a letter from CHC, Sydney, that they gonna send me the date of interview soon....they did not mention why they asked for the interview???? please friends who have attended the interview, please share your experience again, especially friends from Sydney (Australia).....

@ Mitali, Hey Mitali, I just found in the letter that they have mentioned permanent residency (family class) but I thought its FSW2....I don't know is this mistake at our end or CHC, Sydney's end....Please give your comments.....Hey Mitali, what do u think, Why I am gonna call for and Interview......I am so nervous.....

An update, today I got a letter from CHC, Sydney, that they gonna send me the date of interview soon....they did not mention why they asked for the interview????They will let you know the exact reason when they will send you the Letter of Interview. They will also ask for specific documents please friends who have attended the interview, please share your experience again, especially friends from Sydney (Australia).....I think the last person interviewed on this thread was JasonBourne......you can PM him for help and tips.....he's a very helpful person , and another person is Paramvir who recently had a job verification call.... and he is from your profession...he is a nice person too

@ Mitali, Hey Mitali, I just found in the letter that they have mentioned permanent residency (family class) but I thought its FSW2 what do you mean "I thought so" have you applied through an agent or self? Check your forms to confirm. If its FSW2 in your forms then its a mistake on CIC's part and needs to be amended ASAP. Please send a CSE on this matter to your VO. CIC also do mistakes and you might be exempted from Interview if they realise their mistake....I don't know is this mistake at our end or CHC, Sydney's end....Please give your comments.....Hey Mitali, what do u think, Why I am gonna call for and Interview......I am so nervous.....Dont be nervous...everything is fine from your side ......they will probably just cross check. Just be confident.
