Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Dear All, I'm happy to announce that I received my CAIPS notes today, as the only fool to have ordered them 2 days before receiving the PPR. To put it in a nutshell, it says that my application is 'Closed' and the reason is 'Approved'.

There was one funny sentence in it towards the end....'Paper file missing' with respect to my medicals I'm presuming. However, they were already approved by then, perhaps this was the reason for the delay in my PPR?

Oh well, I'm just glad its all over. All the best everyone!

Thanks for ur suggestion, actually i applied through my consultant. As u said if i send a mail to the canadian embassy stating my medical report correction, whthr it will create any issue, pls let me know.

My question is why it took so long (more than 3 months after MR + PP +RPRF request) to issue visas. what is the possible reason behind this delay?
is this the average time NDVO takes to issue the visas?

Congratulations Ignu and entemaria on your goodnews . When you do your medicals for London VO and all is ok what is the time scale to receive your PPR. I celebrated a little to much last night for receiving our MR ???,rather delicate today .Hope the forum has a busy week of goodluck

Could someone please update the spreadsheet with my MR and RPRF. Received approximate 24 th Oct,don't know the exact date as it went to mailing address date on MR is 13/10/2011

Just would like to get some ideas regarding the NDVO. I have submitted my file in month of February and have received my first AOR just after a few days, but since then its almost 8 months have been passed, and haven't heard back anything from VO about my 2nd AOR neither my ecase status is getting change from RBVO to 'In process'.
I am very curious and worried at the moment guys, Could anyone please clear my worries as I am sleepless now a days..
Any help would be appreciated highly...

MY NEWS BULLETIN

My ecas changed to IN PROCESS on 23/10/2011 which stated that they have started reviewing my application on October 20.

Today I have received the MR+RPRF+PP request letter from NDVO. Letter is dated October 25. All documents to be submitted by 09/12/2011.

MY QUERY
Please give your suggestion - My son is 22years of age. Need I pay RPRF for him.

My good wishes to all who have received any good news and good luck to all of us.

I have not read the posts for the last two days but could not wait to inform the members who are like my family members. Would read the pages later.

Dear friends..

I am entering the final lap

Received my passport request.

I will drive to buffalo on Monday night and will get the visa stamped on Tuesday morning. I am flying from buffalo to newyork and to my home country to see my son. I am not reentering Canada on November 1 but I will reenter on December together with my son and spouse.

This is an end to my long distance relationship.

Thanks to you all my friends who helped me in my tough journey who gave me strength.

hey Binny cheer up, nothing to worry and nothing wrong is gonna to happen to ur application. You can take my example, I never received 2nd AOR and am through with the medicals and PP request. I filed my application and after PER which u say as 1st AOR , i received no communication and was worried as today u r. Just keep patience as there is nothing special about 2nd AOR. it might have got lost as it is delivered through regular post. Just ask ur postman about it.
I know its hard to keep patience, but nothing is in ur hand at the moment, so just wait and pray to god for everything to turn smooth for u. After 1st AOR, i too waited for almost 9 months for the medicals.
One more thing, people on this forum have reported that they received medical request,and after receiving medicals their ecas was updated to in process.
I will pray for u and hope u will soon receive medicals by first or second week of November.

Please remember I am too a NDVO applicant.

As I understand from your post:

1. You want to quit you present job.
In that case, yyou will have to inform VO and the status of previous application will change from FSW2 too FSW1; also will have show POF
2. You want to take a break.
gain you will have to inform VO and mention that you are unemployed; show POF

3. If you get a new work permit for the new job and join it as well.
Again inform VO of new job;you retain the status of FSW2; no POF is required
4. If you want to quit the present job, return to home country and come back again with New WP.
Inform VO about the gap in employment and subsequent employment with a new employer; provide reference letters from the new employer, other docs as LMO etc.

5. Once you get PR, your LMO approved job will no longer be valid.

You can expect an overall average processing time to be approx yr or more for your PR application....and with Buffalo as your VO...it might take more time.....cannot be exactly predicted.

U may see this as disappointing but I see it as a positive sign as many of our previous NDVO friends have been in limbo for many months as they too have not received their AOR.

AOR's are sent by normal post by NDVO & thus some do not receive it.

What I see (that you do not) is that for 8 months Binny is in RBVO which means that very soon he/she may be receiving good news which is probably "IN PROCESS" along with MR/PPR/RPRF.

Every ones perspective of seeing things is different from one another....so cool down brother.
