I know, and I do agree with you!I'm a FSW2 myself and believe me, I know how hard it is to proof the joboffer is a genuine one!My VO( Berlin) is working very fast, thank god, but it was a long journey before even applying for a visa.Once you're thrue the CIO check, where your LMO and AEO are allready being checked if it's a genuine one, it's should not take this long to get Meds request!But in QCs' case, her husband is allready working with LMO ( proof of a genuine joboffer) in Canada so there should not be a problem!VO London is a very busy VO and because of the new rules for some departments it will give backlog.But in QCs' case it's really ridiculous it will take this long!!!She hasn't got any understandable explanation WHY it's taking so long, not even by the minister of immigration...It's just a standard answer, and that's all she gets!I really feel sorry for her and hope she'll hear some good news very soon!

True Louise, I was just pointing out to the people who were supporting this fraud that there are genuine victims in our midst due to this behaviour. Some members here were saying that if these fraudsters are doing it to better their life then it is justifiable. We were saying that it is not.

Queencougar and i share a lot of things in common as we submitted our apps few days apart and we got our PER's few days apart too. I have my visa now and she is still waiting for her meds. I am really sorry for her and partly blame these fraudsters and their supporters here for that delay.

I completely agree with you, QC, Louise and all those who are genuine applicants and have to take the beating for frauds.....it irks me to a boiling point to see these people suffer for no fault of theirs.

I am really at a loss of words to console QC for this un-justified delay in the processing of her application; but at the same time extremely happy that she is with her husband. Now that they are together, I hope they find the strength to counter this problem and be the support pillars for eachother.

The only thing that comes to my mind is a suggestion for QC to approach the local MP and seek the help of his office to expedite the process.....I do not know if this will work out for QC but I have heard people do get reference letters from the office of MP's to expedite the process.

Another suggestion would be to approach the Temporary Foreign Worker's office since her husband is a TFW and ask them for suggestions.

Well Candestin, I am not trying to convince anybody anything. This is a free world and people can think for themselves. Louise was saying that VO staff are delaying and i was just pointing out other factors that delay the process too. And Louise has been gracious enough to accept it too.

There was a guy here who was borrowing money to show POF and Wayne and me were having an argument with other forum members here about it. I know their forum names but they know who they are too so i dont want to start naming them. These people were justifying that borrowing and showing is not wrong as long as as he is doing it for good without harming anyone and so on and so forth.

I am just highligting to Louise that the delay can happen because of fraudsters too and not only due to slow working of VO staff.

QC application is not delayed because of fraud but inefficiency of visa offices worldwide. After all, her husband is working with his sponsored employer.
That is enough to convince VO that his AEO is genuine.
