Helllo dear punter,

They have not given me any receipt for receiving my mediCals except the Ecas update that I had today.

But at the same time I could track my spouse's and child's medicals because the hospital where they did the mediCals gave us the international tracking number for the courier. My doc,tor here in Ottawa gave me a big speech about the irrelevancy of giving tracking number because he said that he is using one courier to send several mediCals together. My doctor was three bolck away from the ottawa's medical processing center.

Anyway all these questions to the doctor became irrelevant to me because of the Ecas update. But they do not know how much frustration we are going through. He was also an immigrant from Italy. Interesting ye!

Take care buddy..... I am really looking forward for some more good news for my fellow buffalo friends.... I do not know what is this visa officers doing there... What an injustice, when they preach about adaptability in CIC website and delaying files for InCanada applicants. Didn't pay tax? Didn't study and work here...? Didn't get all my 95 points to qualify ? And I know this is the similar situation for many buffalo guys... No offense to other visa office applicants but frustration makes me ask all these questions...

Hey guys,

I was checking CIC ECAS status regularly..... In last week my contact address was started appearing above the status..... from thursday I was on my official tour and returned back yesterday, due to which meanwhile i couldnt check the status.... when i returned , i checked the status and found that address was appearing but the status got changed to IN PROCESS...... I clicked on the status and found no change in the tracking record. Tracking record was still showing my application recv. date and PER date (not ashowing RBVO status)
How is it possible??? I was expecting RBVO status in this week and IN PROCESS status after 4 months (by analysing earlier/senior status).... Is it a system error, or is it like IN RPOCESS for sending an application to RBVO.....

I received my application back for the third time ,this time they didn't accept my alternate proof of birth certificate, and now i will be receiving affidavit from my parents as proof of birth certificate but worried again if i will be able to make within the cap as i am able to send my package on 17th and by the time it will reach there it will be 20th of oct. Any ideas about how much of 3112 NOC will be by that time?Any assumption of calculation???Please Help....or should i wait for next year???

String11.....dont loose this opportunity. CIC is getting stricter day by day and the list of NOCs is likely to change (addition and exclusion). Dont worry about the calculation for timeline for your application to reach CIC and make it within the cap. Dont wait for next year.

Just concentrate on preparing a flawless application this time and shoot it to CIC ASAP.....you can worry about the cap later on....at this point of time you have no choice.
