Hi foreverurs,

I applied in the month of Jul through one of my consultant at CANADA and i changed the job in the month of May. As per CIC rule they need one cont. year full time exp under NOC in which you applied.
They ask me simple questions:
Are you currently working somewhere? means do you have another job in yoru hand... if so provide the documents....
Are you still earning through some other legal sources.... then provide the salary slip or document which says that you have changed yoru job but still you are earning....
It doesnt affect your application unless and untill you are working somewhere.... bec they only check your capability and expr. till issuance of PR and your VISA to canada.....

Its just a matter of 6 months more, if you can sustain the job by 6 months more and then take the decision..... it will help you
above is just my opinion ... You are the only one to carve your future....TC

I want to resign from my present job and it has been 7 years that i have been working in same school as social worker. can I resign and notify my visa office about this and i wont be working for month or so. I hope this decision wont affect my case.

Please let me know ASAP.

I have a good news to share.

Today, I received my PP back with Visa. ;D ;D I am so happy and relieved.

I would like to thank all my friends here for their continued support and help.

Apologies if I forgot to mention anybody's name.

There's one thing I forgot to mention - Dr. Hasib predicted that I'll definitely get the Visa by 29th September and here it is. Today is 29th September and I have the Visa in my hand. This is amazing, isn't it

I wish Dr. Hasib lots of good luck and I wish he gets his Visa soon
