Wow Kittu ....... I too am 2004 applicant!!

Waited for more than 7 years ...And NOW I have received my Processing fee back. I had already applied for withdrawl (on the request of CHC .... ) ..... and yesterday got the refund. And the funny thing ...they have refunded the amount as per present fee structure .. 8)

Also yesterday, after 5 months, the sentence 'Medical results have been received' is added to my eCAS. You too will receive some news .... All the best!!

I am sure soon you would see the DM on your ecas and would spell your name as ANIL and not aNil.

Well, you have given an appropriate name to NDVO.

Kindly inform when NDVO asked you withdraw your previous file and did they mention anything about the processing of the current file. (if one withdraws the earlier file and somehow if they reject the present one then??????) also it means that your VISA is on the way.

It would be this year's Eid only but at the same time I agree with you. My son laughs at referring that perhaps this is his last birthday here (for the last 2years) and enjoys a lot.

Finally I got my PR Visa stamped today. This forum has been a great help for me. Thank you all my friends. Hope you all gonna get your visa soon.

What a coincidence, I receive my visa EXACTLY 1 year from the day I sent my application. Send application on 27th august, 2010, Received visa on 27th August, 2011.

I never advise you to go for consultancy just to fill forms & send it to CIO.

Why to pay high fee for it. As CIC already given all details . Also here couple of good threads to help on all the queries.

You have to send ORIGINAL IELTS ( GEN) to CIO. Otherwise your application will get rejected.

Many April applicant received 2nd AOR and Some march applicant addressed also disappeared.

But no news for Feb applicant still ( For NDVO).
