Sure, although since most AORs will be by email the date CIC issue it and the date the applicant receives it should in theory be the same (global time differences notwithstanding).Cam1234 said:Dear Applicants:

For example:
On Jan 15 it is reported to the thread that someone's cousin's best friend's barber has mentioned that their aunt's son in law's boss, at the bakery, has mentioned they got an AOR on Jan 8.
In the example above, the effective date of the AOR is Jan 8 and not 15, thank you! ;D

A small part of me is still worried they are going to withhold everything until April 2011. A large part of me says they would not be that selfish and discourteous, but who knows....
