My wife and I will be attending the CIIP sessions on the 16th & 17th Aug in London. That is exciting to me.
The only thing that is not exciting now is that London VO refuse to send my baby's medical form after 3 working weeks since I personally dropped it in their office.
I feel like shouting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for such detailed information.

CIIP stands for Canadian Immigrant Integration Program and I would certainly recommend that you attend a session if you have the chance. If they do not have sessions close to where you are, you could even sign up for an online session. It is a government funded program (so it is free for the applicants) so you really shouldn't miss out on it.

They basically give you a general idea about Canada on the first day, letting you know about things like job markets, how to go about making your resumes, the geography of the country etc.

The second day is the most useful as they sit with you one on one to discuss your profession and what you would need to do to be successful in landing a job asap once you get there. They also provide you with a lot of very useful links and put you in touch with their counterparts in Canada to offer assistance after you land.

I witness that all of these things are true. Whether Cappuccino committ it or not, these things are true. Cappuccino is a red neck, he just try to keep himself above all. He is proud of few extra stars with his names.

Honestly, lets bring some peace to this forum. I don't see the argument here. Applying using any false document or funds its illegal and shall be condemed. However, this is something that is in hands of CIC and not ammong us. Yes CIC needs to reform the system and make stronger checks specially checking funds. but what is the point of having this discussion here?
So:
1) There are crooks all over the world, and this is an unfortunate thing and something we cannot change from one day to the other.
2) Those of us who have the morale and values to know what it is to be an honest citizen of the world lets just not help those who don't and let the authorities deal with it. One day, when I am a resident of Canada, I will let the right authorities know my opnion of the system and hopefully they will do their part in preventing more crooks to immigrate to canada (I know its politics in the end and very little will probably be done).
3) There is nothing we can do and no reason to create hostility in this forum. We all use allias and sit behind a computer. So why spread hate? I wish we had a way to report to authorities people on a forum and that authorities would take action. But unfortunatelly this is not the case.

So in the end lets just "let it be" for the time being..
