Hi all,

**** VISA RECEIVED! ****

Well I am pleased to announce that at 2pm today, after almost 11 months since we mailed our application, we received our visas in our passports from CHC London!

Below is a picture of myself and my wife just outside CHC London (actually taken in Grosvenor Square with CHC London in the background with our visas).
Many thanks to all the friends who have helped, advised and supported us through this process!

oh ok...so now u will recieve 2 AOR.....keep checking status ...once ur status changes to RBVO...u can expect 2AOR in 15 -25 days thru normal post

It's been an avalanche of good news here all morning Looks like there may be some credence to the address disappearing theory.

i think we NDVO applicants shud be thankful to our Lord n Country...u see we r so lucky to be citizens of this great country....getting PR or citizenship for this country is almost impossible

Visa File takes more then 3-4 months to come & will bring your case to a stall (It is the actual movement of your physical file from VO to ATIP, Ottawa). Why do you need your full file, it is made of what you sent...!
All relevant information of processing is already contained in CAIPS/GCMS.

but buddy still m worried that though it was cleared from review by cio-s on march 22, 2011. cud it be possible to have waiting from long time since then...kuchch samaj nai aa raha hai...how India works?

Officer1 - Preparing MR/PCC/RPRF request letter

Officer2 - Preaparing Interview Letter

Officer3- Preparing 2AOR letter

Officer4- Preparing Landing Papers/Sticking Visa Labels on PP

After they mail the above letters, we can see our address again with status change.
