Diploma/Degree is to varify the completion of the program.

Marksheets/Transcripts are to varify the length of the program.

Transcripts are not only for the length of the program, but more importantly for the content of the program. Degree titles differ from country to country, and even University to University, so CIC may look through the transcripts at the modules the degree contained.

This is especially important for regulated professions where it is required to have a degree covering the relevant material.

I got the NER. It's my fault because I did not send transcripts from college for my husband. So we lost 4 points and fallen off. Maybe we'll try again (NOC 3222). How long to wait to return documents and money? And, if anyone knows why the tracker in Arabic?

But don't give up, if you have those transcripts apply again as soon as possible.

As for the returning of documents - maybe they wont return them at all! Some applicants got only their original docs back, some got all of them and some none. Usually it takes about 2 months to get them - maybe you should write to CIO and ask them (or it is better to collect the docs again).
And the money is not a problem - 2 weeks I think.

You need to submit photocopy of marksheets and degree also. Its just that the more evidences you can provide the better it is.

Any ways now wait for them to request it surely they will....

I completely agree with spicy and Manni.....its time to blast your agent as your wife says. He did not do his job that he is being paid for and of course he is not having sleepless nights and anxiety as you as a family are going through.

Now whats done is done...

Is it possible to stop the courier that you have just sent? If yes, then stop it and attach a copy of your degree (check if you need to attest it). And if the courier cannot be diverted then send in another courier with an explanation that it was an oversight and politely request the vO to consider the late inclusion of your degree.

Please also go through the Checklist again to confirm if your agent has missed any other docs.

i have given mine, and my wife's degree and yes my agent did ask about all, its just I don't have degree certificate for my spouse's Masters we didnt have it so we didnt send it then ( surely my mistake)

If they will ask I will produce it .. Though we will have to run to university for it.

As I said transcripts are submitted. but just the masters degree..I don't think it should be a problem

dude.. i ve cases where the address disappearance IS related to the change in the ECAs update and at the same time, we ve seen cases where nothing happened.

But you can keep ur hopes alive and pray that something positive really happens

As i have mentioned earlier, that disappearance of address can lead to two things:

1. Positive Result
2. No Result

So in either case, nothing to worry about.
