Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

hello fellows
it is my 1st contribution but i follow this great forum constantly. you are great people.

please guide me in my critical case:
- i applied in FSW1 NOC 3113 & my file was received on 12-Oct-2010 by cio
- i received my PER on 15-Feb-2011
- i receive 2nd AOR from Cairo VO on 29-March-2011

the problem is that i didn't receive the medical request till now & they didn't respond to any of my inquires

the question is: can i re-apply again in order to reach the 500 cap ? or the cio will reject my new file because i have a pending (not rejected yet) file ??

why do u want to reapply when u havnt been rejected yet? and what makes u think if u apply again then it will be faster?

I have applied on oct 15 and done wid everything submitted pp's in april n now waiting for visa, last month they asked for wedding pics i submitted them as per there instructions(wid bfd 14 july) don't know why its taking so much time.I have seen on this forum that your predictions come true, you have good experience bcoz of which your predictions becomes logical .what do you think when will i get my visa.PLZ PREDICT

Yestarday i went with my husband to Warsaw VO because they asked in the letter for passports and updated proof of funds. The letter stated that our passports will be ready to collect in 15 working days. So we went to drop off our passports and we thought that we/ll go home and go back to collect passports in 3 weeks. And the nice lady asking me: "Do you want passports back today?" i said: "Sure!" so she told us to go back in 3 hours. We went back and collected our passports with VISAS in them!!!!

We didn't expect this and we are soooooo happy!!! We also collected yesterday our COPRs.

Great news! London are kinda always "come back in 2 weeks" nowadays, I did hear there was a time when they let you drop them off earlier than 2pm and attempted to get them done the same day for you. Seems weird they make you wait 2 weeks since when they are ready to issue the visa isn't it a matter of sticking the visa into the passport and putting it with the other papers into the envelope?

Yes, that is weird
In my case, they had to check updated proof of funds in addition and they did everything in 3 hours! There were a few people in Warsaw VO yesterday - they all dropped off some documents yesterday and they collected visas yesterday there was a guy who had an interview yesterday and he also collected his Visa in an hour after

Any one please help in the following queary.

I am having experiance in clinical research. I applied for NOC3131 last year, but I did not supplied reference letters so I got rejection.
Now I am having reference letters from my all employers. But My designation is not matching with pharmacist word but duties are matching.

One of my employer has mentioned as [Clinical Pharmacist] in braket because job offer letter is not refelacting that. but that is for 2.5 years experiance. I need 3 years to get 67 points.
I have total 6.5 yrs of experiance. other experiance duties are match with Industrial pharmacist.
Will they consider other experiance as Industrial pharmacist? or I will remove [Clinical Pharmacist] from my referance letter.
What they are considering ? Designation or Duties ??

Please advise me.. I am ready with my file but just this is the confusion. Please advise me.

they are considering duties not the designation.

we send it through, like Officer, QC + officer, Planning etc.

it doesn't matter what's the designation as long as the duties are of a pharmacist-3131.

What do you think? Should I go with [Clinical Pharmacist] Mentioned in referance letter??
or I have to remove it from that??
