Lol. No I am not Indian and have never been to India. I have in fact never been to Asia other than spending 1 day in Singapore on the way to a holiday in New Zealand.sonir said:i always thought Wayne was an indian staying abroad ( somewhere in London) but i was wrong
Congratulations Ozonezone , best of luck, I hope it goes faster in the remaining processozonezone234 said:Hi guys,
I got a PER yesterday almost 7 months after submitting my application to CIO and exactly 1 month after receiving an unfair NER.
My visa office is Buffalo so the drama continues. CIO has taught me what it means to be resilent so Buffalo, bring it on.
Thanks to those who offered advices (special mention to Indira and 9jcanada) during my unfair NER period.
Please reactivate my row in the tracker and update.
i guess most of forum members are from india/pakistan or from Bangladesh ..maybe coz of that i mistook you for an indian with a pseudo name WayneCappuccino said:Lol. Congratulations CalVdS , late but happy at the end, hope you all the bestCalVdS said:Hi all,
I've been inactive for a while thanks to a NER in Feb but now finally I can post some good news. We received PER yesterday. Please move us from
We haven't changed anything in our file or haven't sent any additional documents but we did send some inquiries and, more importantly, worked through our representative which is a Canadian government agency (not CIC though ;D) This means apparently CIO made a mistake the first time, which cost us 4,5 months. Let's hope they make it up to us by speeding our file through the VO!

hi Billy...BillyG said:Hi All,
I am back after a brief hiatus with nothing new to report. It's been a month since I heard from NDVO asking for more documents and after having submitted them they have gone AWOL. Maybe they will open my file today as the last letter was dated 8th June and maybe 8th July will be my BFD... Who knows what.
Anyway, I have caught up with most of the pages and Congratulations goes out to many who have had success in the past weeks and also to those who have moved closer to tasting success... many many congratulations...
As usual, I have no other choice but to practice the Art of Patience. I haven't gotten it down to a T yet.
More, as and when I get any news. Good luck to y'all.
Cheers
