Actually cos non of FSW2 in Buffalo has been processed yet, I don't know how much delay it may cause in your application. And maybe you need to have a permanent job offer from your new employer too. Under FSW2, you need to have Perm FT offer, contractual which may turn in full time is not considered by VO. I can understand it would be tough to say no, but there are only 2 options, either take that offer and delay your PR or let your PR process go through and meanwhile ask the new employer to offer you perm ft offer. If you do get new offer converted to Perm FT, inform VO and take it or else wait for the process to get over and then get in touch with this employer.
