Please somebody tell me there's a bug with the ecas Our status just changed to "In Process".
We've only just got our PER on Friday 10th June after about 3 months of wait.
Now am confused. Anyone else gone into in process immediately after CIO-ERC?

Applications can often show up as "In Process" when they are first added to ECAS. Give it a few days and it will probably change to "CIO ER Complete", and then "Received by VO" a week or two afterwards.

I can agree there. Waiting for PPR is the most nerve-racking so far, I guess because it's the last stage at which things can fail or get severely delayed. We're right on the timelines for getting PPR this week - so if it drifts past the end of next week I might start getting worried something has gone wrong.

If things were to go wrong it would have happened long b4 now. Your PPR should be tagging along anytime soon. Goodluck

Hi friends

i have observed that those who have sent their passports in the last week of march are yet to receive the PPs back. those who have send it in april end early may have started receiving the same very early.... anyone else noticed this trend.. (placebo, silent, bindu, always+, shareen - received last week and me). we were the first to submit the application and start the process. med, rprf and pp request during early march. i think due to some hitch in the process the PPs were not stamped. now since they want to reduce the "AVERAGE "processing time i suppose they have introduced the Last in first out(LIFO) method.. anyways some good signs are there for the applicants who submitted the PPs in march. BUT WHAT TO DO THE WHOLE TRAVEL PLANS ARE GETTING DERAILED....
I hope u will receive your visa in this month-JUNE as per my prediction.

Hi silent.... how it would be, if we request back the passports and return it within two days...%%% . at least we will have something to do instead of just getting bored...this mad waiting......... i just not able to concentrate on anything else even at office..........

i had applied under NOC 4151 (psychologist)...n here is today's ecase status ....

We received your application for permanent residence on November 8, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 22, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 20, 2011.

our medicals have been done..on 19th may..there was one test left..which was done on 25 may 2011...NDVO received medical on 2 june 2011...passports & rprf was sent on 19th may 2011 (with medical receipts)...

today's status shows in process...any guesses guys..when we ll hear anything...?

anyone things if embassy asks for passport and rprf...then visa is sure???????
