Yesterday I dispatched My medical reports
At the last minute I found that the Address was wrong, I knew that the medicals to be sent to Regional Medical Office- London with certain address
I used the address from the web , I was wrong, The proper address is written in the medical instructions
I called the courier and corrected the address before leaving the courier facility , I also sent the RPRF to Cairo VO

My advice : Read your specific Instructions in CHC correspondences , general rules may not apply for all

I really doubt that statement !! How can you dispatch your medicals on your own, its your DMP who will send it to VO.

The medical was sent by me[ payed for the courier] in the clinic in the presence of the doctor, the doctor asked for the address, I gave the address of regional medical office , I didn't give the proper address shown in the medical instructions, then after leaving the clinic I was arranging my papers, found the medical instructions , with specific address with different address, I called the courier and corrected
Do I have to say that when I reached the clinic , The medical reports envelope was already closed or you will still have some doubts????

I didn't mention all in detail, who did what, maybe that's why you feel some doubt

Hi Buffalo Fellas,

Yesterday I went to my local Citizenship and Immigration office here at Sudbury, Ontario. I asked them to check what is happening in my file because I haven't heard from buffalo after my initial positive eligibility review from Central Intake Office and it passed its waiting time. They told me your file is in buffalo system and they received your file on March 23, 2011. And also they told I dont have any bring forward date as of yesterday which means the file hasn't been assigned to any officer yet.

They have no idea when it will get assigned. But they told me it is pilot project so it will get done once the cap period is over.

I will check with them next month and see where it stands. I am hoping it will get faster once they start working on post June 26 applicants. Up to my understanding they haven't on our files.

No upset guys, sit back and relax. when the time they start working on our files. It will be fast.

First of all , My visa office is Cairo, I live and did the medicals in Kuwait which is seved by London Visa office
That's why the DMP asked me for the address
The CHC adviced in a printed page attached with the medical instructions with full details of DMPs in Kuwait, I picked one of them and did the medicals
What I know is Cairo VO does not have a medical section, so it's handeled by regional medical office in london,
The DMP knows the address for those originaly served by London VO, she asked to confirm the address, I gave also the general Regional Medical Office , when make another revision for the medical instructions, I found them clearly saying in page 3:

""The canadian immigration office concerned will insert the complete address of the apppropriate office of the medical services branch, Health and welfare Canada""
then the address was there !!!
DOUBTS CLEARED???
