if cic canada approves someone case and forward to visa office.....is there chance of rejection by visa office? if yes then on what basis?..... what comes in initial processing then?

Correct me if I am wrong...when you log into ECAS you get to see two lines "In Process" & "RBVO" and when you click on In Process you get the old time frame and RBVO has new time line???

Hey guys, I've just set up an appointment with the DMP for medicals this afternoon. Wish me luck!

I applied for the PCCs this morning so that should be here by next Sunday. I'm so excited but I know I need to calm down for my meds!

Finally I can ask admins to change the unsightly white colour row to blue .
Finally Im really in the race of Canada PR application marathon.
Finally I can feel with happiness by some way of progress.
Finally I received my PER .

My PER is considered one of the most difficult PER in this forum. Because I was suffered a lot to catch up.
I sent my first application since 25th of june 2010 to my consultant ,But my consultant was took couple of days to reviewed and quality control my application.As aresult ,This few days caused to me to re-apply after the new pre-26 june rules . :-\ :'(
Then,I started to collect all documents supposrt,IELTS…etc,and I sent my application again to CIO in 5th of oct 2011 :'( :'(.But,Unfourtunatly,in 20th of january 2011 I received the shocked request to submit the IELTS GT instead of IELTS academic.So ,I spent much time (about 4 months )to re-set the IELTS GT exam to get the same points to get the pass mark.Whith out doubt this situation was put me under stress .Therefore I spent much time and efforts to reach my pass mark points by submit more documents ,So I also complete and submit my master of MBA in order to get more points.


Lastly,I sent my attached document before one day of dead line,And …….you know ….my friend …..the end of this long story…..
I got the champion PER .

So,now this is the celebration time.Definitly,I cant forget in this wondrful moments all my brothers and friend who support and advice me to keep going on this.and I want to send special thanks for: Hazem Canady ,Amr Moori,Magdi,Cairo,Amro alsaid,Engy,Wayne capptiono ,ahmed saif and all my brothers those I may forget.

Today again my e-cas showing my consultant address ( OLD File) .

This was first happened on 24 May then on 27 May i got my address .

But today again consultant address. Any Idea...Still it is Bug. or they are working on my file ?

I thought in first phase it was bug ....now again in ???

Yes there are chances of rejection based on:

1) The documentation provided turns out to be questionable.
2) Background (work) checks reveal something. CIC calculates points based on paper trail - the local VO translates this into local interpretations.
3) Medicals reveal something.
4) Adaptability - A relative claimed on the document cannot be verified by a paper trail - have actually seen this happen.
5) Police Clearance is off.

If all that is ok, then smile buddy.

My address never disappeared once It came after my mail to NDVO, they did not had city name on it. :

Even after that still i do not have the city name :-\ , but NDVO mailed me that address on the papers is correct and they will use the correct one. ;D

So I do not bother my self with it anymore..
