I have received a refusal letter from Viena VO today. The reason is insufficient points for education. I received only 5 points for secondary school(school for nurses in Serbia), six months of apprenticeship as a nurse, and I also passed registration exam in Canada on visitor visa last year so I can start working few days after I arrive there. Looks like it's not gonna happen.

Sorry to read your case. I don't think all hope is lost in your case. If you have already passed your professional exams in Canada, you can seek an employer to bring you to Canada on a work permit. After one year of experience in Canada, you should have enough points to re apply under category 1 or get an employer to file for LMO for you and apply under category 2. I understand that the demand for LPN is still high in Canada so I reckon you should be able t find an employer with God's help

Until now, my observation is that London VO doesn't send 2nd AOR to Post 26 June Applicants.
To some applicants London VO sent medical request instead of 2nd AOR.

Yes pretty sure London is not sending 2nd AORs.

The 6 applicants from London VO to have received MR so far have all done so without any previous communication CHC London.

@9j, thank you for your support. I tried to find an employer last year, but unsuccesfully. If this appeal ends bad, no way I'm gonna do this again. I will try some other country, nurses are in high demands.

Have they sent the venue for the CIIP program. I have not sent my resume and MR scanned doc.

Have a bit of a backlog on the pages so not sure if this has been answered already.

I got an acknowledgment for my registration for CIIP and asking me to send my resume & MR/Visa. I replied if I should reply to the acknowledgment with my Resume & Visa and also asked for dates of the CIIP in Bangalore or Chennai, no response.

Anybody in Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad have any info on CIIP at these locations anytime soon?

Very glad for you, Majorhell. I didnt get an interview call, but I can imagine the anxiety and stress you must have gone through (not sure if you did, but I sure as hell would have...)

I've just received a two-pages letter from Cairo visa office dated on April 18, 2011. The letter included a new number starts with B05*******. Also, a half full page of labels of this new number is included. the letter confirmed receiving my file from NS and assigning a specific file number. Also, the letter gave general recommendations to start knowing/reading about Canada and to look for a job. However, the letter mention nothing about any processing time table, fees, or even to send the police certificate which was not included in the application.

My question please is: is this letter my second AOR??
I am confused because I read somewhere in the forum that the letter may include three pages with the last page is an invoice for the fees related to application processing.

Later on you will recieve your medicals request and request to pay permenant residence fees.

Lets hope New delhi Vo move forward & look for cases beyond Aug./Sept/Nov. 2010.

If they work with this speed then i think JAN/FEB/MAR. 2011 applicant have to wait for long... : :

Great news congrats.. you can relax after you submit these 8).

Visa stamped on May 5, got passports only a few days back (May 18). Nevertheless...better late than never.
