There seems to be something wrong in the VO summary tab. For New Delhi, the PPR is supposed to be 1 lesser than MR(DarKnight), but they are equal?

I checked DarKnight's profile, there is no date for PPR mentioned there :

You're right Indira...

We've still not got the PPR and it's been almost a month since we sent them all the required documents including the RPRF.

Wonder what's taking them so long!? ???

That's utter bullcrap. HSBC is an international bank - we checked our draft status fine with out initial application fee, and ours was HSBC. They are just fobbing you off.

What they mean is, they are too lazy to check. Tell them that UK customers can check the status of their drafts, why are they discriminating against Indian customers?

Can you please clear my doubt, when sending documents to CHC , who usually signs for it? Is it usual to see in the DHL tracking as "Signed for by: Company stamp" with out the name of the person who received the letter?

I think it may be a good idea to inquire at CIO Sydney. They should have an idea of where your file has been sent. It may not be very useful to contact the VO directly since they may not have sufficient information if the file has not been sent to them.
