EmmaJ (line 234) has received meds whereas others from London VO still are on RBVO??
However, if the country you reside in is a different country to your visa office, then this will likely have an impact on how long it takes to get medical request - since document background checks will take longer across countries. It will also impact take it takes to get PPR/visa, since security background checks will also probably take longer across countries.
