Status update: just checked e-cas, it shows "RECEIVED BY VO" and the mailing address. The text of update hasn't changed ( "...we received your app on.... sent you letter on.... consider delays...." ).I don't know when the status changed, since we didn't check it for a long while.

Any ideas how long after Rcvd by Buffalo VO until the MED request?

Please update my info: medical results reached Paris: 28th of April. And also please change the date of medicals request to 6th of April because that is the date my medicals letter has been issued.

i cannot find "immunization record" on CIC website. Tomorrow i have an appointment with DMP and i would like him to fill this records for my kids. Warsaw VO told me that the form is on the website, but i don't know where

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Cay_sha: I still have some pages to go before I will see if someone already answered your question, but just in case....I don't know the imm record you mention, but I bet if you do a search on the forum you will find it. I know we had a good thread going on immunizations. From my perspective, another health professional should not need to recopy your child's immunizations, but this may be quite different for Immigration purposes. Take along the proof you already have (immunization papers or booklet that was signed when your child's shots were given). In Canada, that is what we use in Public Health to determine whether or not your child is up to date according to our standards. I will keep reading and let you know if I find anything else out. Good on you, Shaukat! Cay_sha, I would be surprised if the DMP would complete this for you though. I think this is a form you would take to the doctor/nurse who administered the shots (or your family doctor who has the record). But it certainly wouldn't hurt to take the form AND all your documents with you tomorrow. All the best.

Dear all brothers,
The CIO was asked me to submit IELTS GT instead of academic ,But,Unfourtunatly ,I did not get the same English proficiency points from the IELTS GT exam ,Although I got the same overall band,So now I put my self in difficult situation because :
*With this new IELTS score I will not catch the pass mark of SWP1 (67 points).
*I can not re-set For IELTS because my deadline almost finish ,Its 20th of may.

So ,I don’t know what I have to do to fight in my dream until the last breath .
I need your help and advise to answer this questions:
1-What will going if I don’t sent my IELTS before the deadline?
2-Did I receive NER with re-fund my fees and did CIO will keep my documents package?
Or, CIO will consider my application as incompeled package and return my all package back?
If yes,This will be as second chance for me ,Its mean I could re-applied my application before 26/6/20011 because now I finished my master degree and I can got 3 more points in academic qualification,Which in quit enough for me to get pass mark…..please advise seniors.
One last question,How many days I can receive my package back in case of that happening?

But, they usually send a conditional phrase like "will not be able to process your documents" or whatever they send to you. so try to read carefully their correspondance regarding this issue and I am sure you will find more info ...

Regarding re-sending back the file, I guess it will take from 3-4 weeks to get back to you ...

Secondly,This the conditianal phrase is CIO e-mail (Failure to submit the General Training IELTS test result within the next 120 days may result in your application being refused).

Dear Smaaar: I am so sorry that you are having to deal with this tight situation right now, but I am hoping that you can include a well written (FLAWLESS) cover letter to enclose with your IELTS result AND MASTERS DEGREE PROOF, sealed transcript. I see that you have applied under Supervisors, Oil and Gas Drilling and Service. Is your IELTS mark sufficient that there would not be a problem with your English proficiency in this line of work? If so, make that point in the letter as well. There is no question that with the additional pressure of having to do another IELTS you may not have done as well as you were under stress, but was there that much difference between your Academic and General marks? If that was slight, you may want to include the comparison between your two marks to show that you were able to achieve a better mark. Make sure you provide everything to CIO before the deadline. Good Luck.
