Do you think that 2nd AOR means Visa eligibility review complete ?

It is really some thing new!!

In my guess it can be 2nd AOR, coz after this it is " In process" .

AOR just means that your complete application has been recieved by the Visa Office....next stage is your eligibility review which unfortunately in most cases remains unknown...you can have peace if 3 or months have passed from the date of AOR issuance....because incase of rejection they dont waste any time... ??? ??? ??? ??? Documenting applicant’s submissions to the visa office
The application received date in CAIPS will remain as entered at the CIO. This date will also serve
as the lock-in date.
On receipt of the applicant‘s submission to the visa office, visa office staff will:
 date stamp what was submitted and enter this date in CAIPS in the PS READY field;
 review and record in CAIPS notes what was submitted;
 send an acknowledgement of receipt letter with the visa office file number, information on
processing times, basic instructions on how to contact the visa office, future steps and
information on e-Client Application Status web page in order to follow progress of the file

The review of the application and supporting documents has been completed at the visa office. A letter with additional information has been mailed

........

If we consider this red line then we all know that applicant get letter from VO when first e-cas changed to RBVO. Then there is only letter comes to applicant is for MR ...e-cas changed to In process.

Mate they update this status when they have taken a negative decision on the application before the medicals.......factors can range from less points, incomplete app etc.......if its been updated for a case where app actually remained active than i believe that can be an exception.

Hi guys. A bit of a slow end to the week, huh? Was hoping for a flurry of news on the thread but maybe we'll here more next week.

Just phoned the police about our PCCs (we had to phone seperately because they wouldn't tell us about each other's certificates even though we are married and living at the same address). Mine was posted today so I should get it tomorrow (Saturday) or Monday. My wife's it seems is 1 day behind mine, so we should be in a position to post everything on Monday or Tuesday. Then back to waiting.

ECAS still the same - no MR received line yet, although I understand this can take up to 1 month and ours have been received just over 1 week so far.

Really hoping the earlier applicants who are still waiting here something by next week - you are in our thoughts!

Does the pregnant wife make any effect on the medical test i heard it may delay the processing did any one have any suggestion one of friends asked me and he really worried about that

Hello Amro,
Well, it depends ... in all the ways there should not be any problems, maybe just delays depending on which month she is in her pregnancy.

- If she is early in her pregnancy, she will have either to do the x-ray with baby shield or send the medicals without the x-ray. The case which the VO will wait till she sends her x-ray even if she postpones it until after giving birth to the baby. In case she decides to do the x-ray with baby shield, the process will go on and she may give birth in Canada.

- If she is late in her pregnancy (close to giving birth) she will also either do the x-ray or wait then she will have to do the baby procedures (birth certificate, passport, new IMM application, medicals for the baby, fees for the baby and maybe also POF)

Hi Everyone,

Need some sane and cooler heads to make sense of my situation. I am coming to the end of my tether. My application status is baffling me.



My Application was received on 31st December 2010
I received my PER on 12th March 2011.
And my ecas status from that day onwards has been IN PROCESS.
I don't even know my RBVO date.
On 3rd April a 3rd line appeared on my ecas status but the date on that was the same as my PER which is 12th March.
Even if I think that it is my 2nd AOR, it has been over a month and I haven't received anything in the snail mail.
And not a sniff of MR/PPR and the rest

I am thinking of sending a case specific enquiry to NDVO.

Any suggestions, advice and help will be much appreciated

Since my consultant is in Canada, CHC had asked me to send an Indian address to return the passports.

I just checked e-Cas. After 3 weeks, they've changed it to the Indian address for the first time.

The anticipation is killing! :-\

Hi all,

Medical completed today, included lung and heart sound auscultation, eye test, abdominal exam and medical questions re: medical history/surgeries/medications etc. Bloods taken for HIV & Syphyllis (ended up with a sore haematoma!). Urine tested for protein and glucose. They expect to have recevied results and arriving in London within 10 days!

Posting my RPRF and PCC in the morning!! Just want to confirm with other London applicants that we are mailing them to:

Immigration Section
38 Grosvenor Street?? or the return address quoted on envelope: 1 Grosvenor Square??

On the back of the initial MR letter it says to "quote your file number on all correspondance, including the envelope. Your file number is on the top right hand corner of the address label." So, is the file number the UCI number?????

Wayne I hope you get your PCC soon!

To all other fellow London applicants I hope and pray that you do not have to wait much longer!!!!
