Yes Quite right, My NOC is 3131, applied sep 20,2010, got per jan 12, 2011, 2nd AOR FEB 23,2011 and
MR/ RPRF/PCC/PPR. on Mar 15,2011. got all important help following the knowledgeable members.

Would you please help in completing the remaining details for ND one - the city you are residing, date of BD en-cashment as printed on PER, your 'In Process' status and date of submission of MR/PPR.

" Please find enclosed your immigration processing/right of permanent residence fee receipt. Please quote as mentioned above file number in all your future correspondence "

Yep, it reached the VO on the 29th of March. Its been only one week since then! Seems like eternity though.

Thanks Anil, I am residing currently at Kapurthala ,Punjab. BD Encashed Sep 25, 2010, Ecase Status ; In Process from dt.Mar 3 , 2011. Date of submission of MR/PPR is 28.03.11.

My Ecas has not been changed yet. Still "Received by VO".
