Yep, you may ask!

The line of work my husband is working in falls under category 7231.
At the time of our jobsearch there were a lot of jobs to find in this category in Ontario and Alberta,and we've set our minds and hard work on Ontario first.
We never thought we should go home with a joboffer, but hey, it seems like our hard work paid off!
But don't get me wrong, the best way to contact employers is by phone and you have to put money and a lot of time into it.

Well, another week has passed without an AOR and the ECAS still IN Process, and they started processing on Mar 22nd : : All others in the list have their AOR and know that their medicals WILL arrive at their place once sent out. As with me, unsure if it will reach at all :'( :'( :'(.

Anil, do you think we can let them know of the change in our PIN code through a case specific inquiry, so they will at least indicate if they have already sent the AOR out?

I understand that the MR can come in different timelines, but the AOR should come in order right? About 6 members have received their AOR, without a In Process status down the line..

Confused is such a simple word, just realizing how complex it is to feel it :-[

Hi Indira,

I understand ur frustration level. But beleive me you are going to receive MR before your 2nd AOR as your e-cas status is already showing "In process". e-cas status becomes " In process " only after making decision of sending MR request to candidate from VO. You are also well aware about our Indian Postal Service. It may reach u at any time....... So have patience and think positive........All the best............

We started processing 15th March 2011 and haven't heard a peep. Since London doesn't seem to send AORs can't comment on the AOR ordering. If ECAS is accurate then "In Process" and 2nd AOR should mean the same thing anyway.

The ecas still reads the same "In Process" : .....DD hasn't been encashed yet....its just been a week since they have received the docs ;D....so i m planning to check with the bank by the end of next week ....

Hi - sorry I don't agree that ECAS becomes "In Process" after decision of sending medicals. ECAS becomes "In Process" when they start processing, after this 2nd eligibility review.

Between this phase and medicals are the background checks. So any document checks or employer verification checks will take place prior to medical requests being issued.

This is my understanding anyway.

I got it after 30 days.

Wayne, you may be right. Our 2nd AOR was dated February 17 and our E-Cas still says RBVO. I wonder when ND VO is likely to finish reviewing our application. And since I assume we are on the CAIPS system I wonder whether the ECAS is likey to show "In Process" any time soon.
