I was wondering if the CIC states anywhere that E00 files are GCMS and B00 are CAIPS? Or are we just assuming this due to the sudden change from file numbers?

It was far easier to predict the PER times than the AOR and MR thing . ............
...... if i cannot receive a post that was supposed to be sent out long ago, how will i receive the second one in time?

Don't worry. As far as my thinking goes (prediction... ) ..... you and Bindu.allam should get MR in 2-3 days .... definitely in this week. As per the details of 'In Process', even amar12345 & ignu should have received by this time, but don't know .... :-X ...... A 99% sure thing - One has to have an In Process status for MR .... Add 10 working days to the date mentioned, one should get MR with in that time period...... 8) 8)

Your 2nd AOR details shows the date as 03/03/2011. Is it the date mentioned in the letter or the date u recieved the letter. if it is the date of issue how many days it took to reach you...

I am just thinking about my 2nd AOR from NDVO.. so your answer may help me to guess my approx. timelines..... pls share

Well tomorrow we will be on 10 working days from being "In Process / started processing on 15 March 2011" and we don't have MR (or in fact any communication) from visa office yet.

So I think in some people's cases 10 working days will be overly optimistic!

It was for ND VO ...... I can understand your state of mind ...... :-X :-X .... but honestly can't comment / understand the way these VOs are working. Suddenly they start working ... and with in no time will go into hibernation!! ....Strange are the ways ...

And yes I agree with you ..... some people's cases (especially from London & Buffalo) ...10 working days WILL BE overly optimistic....

And the same question is why you want to change incase you have to paid fee for your representative also.

a little confused that your representative is based in canada and you are in India? secondly not advisable to change the representative at this stage and why? if everything is well between the representative and the applier then why?

Received my MR dated 17 March 2011 on 22 March 2011.
