Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

Freinds,

I got the MR yesterday, the date of which was 3rd March 2011, i got it after 22 days from the date of dispatch.

Now i am going to take appointment for MEDICAL on sunday.

But one onfusion, They have asked for 5 pp size photographs, should i send latest photograph with negative or
the photos which i had send to cio is ok with negative, which was suit before 6 months.

Another query:
They have not updated by little girl in medical as they might have start processing after dispatching the MR
of me and my spouse. Till date have not send medical request of her.
As they had debited the draft on 9th march, for my baby girls, probably they are sendig the MR for her also.

Meanwhile i am thinking abt to send a query regarding the same, is it a good decision or should wait for her medical?

Mistake of VO
Also in a medical request form 'A', the surname of my spouse is mistake.
That should be 'Sedai' but they have mentioned 'Sedal'.
Should i approach for the new request to vo or simply send the medical on the same one.
Does such a small typing mistake will be considered?

Hi DarKnight! Congratulations. I dont think you need to worry too much. My husband and I were also asked to submit photos of our wedding. I am guessing that they asked for that as our passports are not linked and I continue to hold my maiden name.

I understand that the situation is not as grim as it would seem. But, we got alarmed because we are the only ones from the Delhi VO who did not receive the PPR alongwith Medicals as well as RPRF.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I guess even though you were asked for the photos, you still got the PPR along with the Medical Request.

It's a great feeling ...Isn't it?? ......

(1) Photographs - No problem ... you can submit the old one..... unless there is a drastic change in the appearance, which I doubt.. ..... ask you DMP if the negatives are required.
(2) Take an appointment from the DMP and explain the situation about your baby (+ error in the surname). Go as per the suggestion.
(3) Put a case specific query to NDVO about the update (mentioning non receipt of Form A for baby + payment ). Also inform them about the error and request them for an amended Form A for your spouse.
(4) Make sure that your submission date is extended by 2 months........ Request them for the same informing them about the postal delay and your place of residence (topographical situation... ).

I hope you have not taken the services of a consultant ...... as it will be a lengthy route ....already delayed by 22 days. All the Best

Mine was saying, I have to resubmit the whole file as I have sent to CIO and then they will generate 2nd AOR, and it would be the extra charge (Agents wants 10000 INR) for me.............

As per your post, it seems that your file is already there with VO .... and IT IS an "In Process" status. Don't worry about the previous status, whether they were there or not. You should get 2nd AOR / MR in near future ..... Best wishes...

In how many days e-cas changed to : CIO-ER complete ?
In how many days e-cas changed to : RBVO ?
In how many days e-cas Changed to : In-Process ?

Ok... Here are the contents of the letter we got yesterday:

As you can see this letter is very different from the one anil and others have received. Also, there are no details on how to go about getting the Medicals done.

OK, after carefully checking the letter, it seems that the CHC doubts our marriage for some reason and that's why the different procedure/letter.
Apart from the RPRF + Medicals, they have also asked for our Marriage, Reception and other functions pictures. I wonder why this kind of requirement since we both have been married for almost 2 years now and we also submitted our Marriage Certificate with the Application.
Anyways, the contents of the package (4 Pages) are as follows:
1 Page - Letter
1 Page - Immigration Cost Recovery Fee Details
2 Pages - Section A for Medical Checkup for both me and my wife.
Surprisingly, there are no details on how to go about getting the Medicals done or the fee details. ???

Congrats, I'm happy you received your medicals very soon. Do not worry, please send the required documents and they will send the PPR shortly. I guess this is better than calling you for an interview .

B/F Date is the file brought forward date This means, the date the application leaves the queue and is in the hands of an officer for processing.
