it was misc service counter, on the back side of the passport office

Take all documents i.e. passport, 2 photo, misc service form, fee etc with you

You may get it back on the same day evening

There must be a Miscellaneous counter and you will have to use that one :) It's same day service :)

I have just joined this discussion board and I think I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. I applied to CIO for FSW with NOC 3131 on 8th Nov 2010. Finally received email notification of positive final eligibility for processing on 25th Feb. File now being sent to CHC London for final processing. Awaiting request for medicals.

Please add my case to the spreadsheet and let me know if you need any more information.

I had applied through a consultant, so he emailed a scanned copy now! Its dated 21st February but we received it only today!

I also had a question. Since I had not submitted the PCC with the application, when would it be expected that I submit it? Should I wait till they ask for it?
