Application with accompanying family or not? What is best

I would like to ask your insights about my case.

I am presently working here Singapore, my family is in the Philippines (3 kids and spouse).
My sister in law (canadian) is my employer for her 5 year old child for HCCP pilot.

Should i apply with family coming along with me or wait for 2 years then apply for PR and then get my family?

Much better to apply together with your family.

If your family comes later, you will need to meet LICO--low income cut offs. You should have your entire family come with you now.
