Has anyone applied their (or spouse's) PR using online portal (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login)? I am wondering with this portal how does IRCC ask for additional documents such as police clearance certificate. Once they asked were we suppose to upload an electronic copy of the document?

No .. I have not apply. I found the portal and was wondering how that works. I created a test account, and seems you have a long list of forms to be filled, which with paper are not that much, so wondered.
