Hey I have used same.pc like win 10 n latest adobe reader dc setup. I just filled 02 2019 form instead of 06 2019 IMM 5257e version and it worked.
Hope you will get the same result as well.

I also explained in the Client Information with a letter the reason I used the 02-2019 version and also detailed the situation with the website not accepting the form, resulting in delay etc.

Just tried now and followed the same steps when I got the error and it worked!! Here were my steps: Downloaded form from https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides.html. Then filled it using Acrobat Reader and uploaded it in IE 11. Works fine! Thanks a lot for your updates guys and Good Luck!!
