Since the paper send to my country which is the Philippines the status didn't change. Last July my husband flew again here in the Philippines and we send an e-mail to the Manila immigration for the follow up and reply:

Dear Sir/Madam,

We received your email regarding file number on 21 July 2018. We note that the file was received on 13 February 2018.

If you have sent us this email to report important changes regarding your application, we will add this information to your file. This email serves as your confirmation of receipt for these documents. Please be assured that this information will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authority.

We note that this file is currently within processing standards. We do not respond to status enquiries if the application is within normal processing times.

Thank you.

Visa Section.

And last July 26, 2018 gain we send an email and their reply is:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be advised that this application is still in progress. Our office will advise you if additional documents or medical examinations are required or if any further information or results may become available. In the meantime, your patience is appreciated as we continue processing this application.

The service standards of the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) are commitments to a specific level of service that clients can expect to receive under normal circumstances. To learn about IRCC’s service standards in processing applications, please refer to this link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/service-declaration/service-standards.html.

On the other hand, processing times indicate how long it took IRCC to process past applications. Please note that past processing times may not always reflect present or future processing times. Some factors may delay the processing of an application.

Hi guys i know this is too long but i just need to know about this i do really want to be with my lovely husband he really needs me there to help him. Thanks in advance for the answer. :*

Your application is being processed and is well within normal times. The IRCC is telling you politely to stop contacting them, unless you have documentation that needs to be added or if they specifically request something from you. There won't be much of any kind of update at this stage of the application until you hear back on a decision, have a request for an interview, or something like that. There is no way to know when your app will be finalized, so it's going to require some patience on your part.

Just be patient. We are a December applicant and until now we are still waiting for the good news. So you are still in the early stage .

Yeah, they won’t provide much information until after the average 12 months waiting time. So sit back and relax :) I know it’s hard. But we all shouldn’t be expecting a decision until 12 months and if it happens earlier, it’s a blessing :)

I see.. anyways thanks for the respond. Long distance is really sucks and am just too tired of that i guess... I'll just wait for 12 months. Just a little bit excited here :)
